Hello,

At around 4:48pm GMT, grid power to the facility was lost. The UPS systems took over as expected however the generators did not come online, a power engineer has been on site and resolved this issue. We are currently working to bring all racks and servers back online.

*Incident History*

4:48pm GMT - Power to site lost - running on UPS.
5:15pm GMT - UPS systems depleted, generators failed to start.
5:30pm GMT - Generators fail overs will not function, power engineer dispatched.
6:32pm GMT - Power Engineer arrived on site.
6:54pm GMT - Power Engineer estimates 30-45 minutes to return power to site.
7:16pm GMT - Power returned to site, process of booting up each rack commenced

If your server is currently offline, please log in to your control panel and issue a restart. Your server will return will full service within 30-60 seconds.

All of our systems within our London, UK network have been restored with full service.

To reactivate your server, simply log in to your control panel and issue a restart for your server. It will then come online within 30 seconds to 1 minutes.
