*URGENT* Scheduled Maintenance

Starting August 9th, 2010 we will implement new hardware and network upgrades to the above locations that will improve stability, uptime, and performance to our already unsurpassed Ventrilo and TeamSpeak network. This upgrade is also allowing us to adopt new technology which will be used to better your experience with Pure Voice. To help minimize the overall downtime you experience, we have slowly begun the upgrading process behind the scenes.
All we ask of you at this time is that you start using the assigned DNS hostname instead of the raw number IP. Due to the nature of the planned upgrades, the current IP addresses must be released and new ones assigned to all the effected servers. Using the server’s assigned DNS hostname assures you have no issues connecting when service is restored. As a note, YOUR CURRENT CONNECTION PORT WILL NOT CHANGE.
For an example, if you currently use the IP 64.246.38.18 to connect, you will now use “colt.pure-voice.net” with the same port as before.

We expect to receive the new assigned IP addresses within the next 14 days. Once this information becomes available to us, we will be sure to update all effected customers ASAP.
