Never Received an email

Hello, I placed an order on Thursday last week and in my order history it says that it has been charged and payment has been completed. Problem being, I still haven't received an email with my confirmation of the package being shipped. I wasn't expecting the package to arrive until tomorrow, but I still have yet to receive any type of email.

I'm in the exact same boat - placed an order Thursday, payment status shows "Completed," but no updates since then. Order # was 1123. Hoping the forum gurus can help us!
